THE COMPANY
We are an independent pan-European Real Estate Investment company. Founded in 2022, we understand the VUCA age as a Valuable, Upbeat, Conscious and Accurate moment for Real Estate Investment.

Founding partner of Korzo IM. Ricardo has 25 years’ experience in pan-European commercial real estate, specialising in prime offices and other commercial spaces in major European capitals…
(Paris, Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Brussels, Lisbon, Madrid, etc.). He developed and managed several pan-European funds, investing over €2 BN around Europe for renowned Institutional Investors (Blackstone, Deutschebank, etc.).
Originally from Germany, Ricardo has held positions of responsibility within CBRE Spain for 18 years, managing the Capital Advisory department and the Fund Management business, being a member of the Executive Board. He was also Managing Director several years of an Important Spanish family office developing their European Investment Portfolio through a SOCIMI. He also participated in the development of Iremcap.

Iremcap, specialised in investing as an operating partner for institutional investors, managing their portfolios in Iberia.
Born in France, he completed his international experience working as Director of Investments and Corporate Accounts at AOS Studley (today Colliers) and later managed its own residential and commercial developments in Spain and abroad. Former RICS collegiate and active ULI member.

After leading his own company, ID Management, a development-consultancy business focussed on cross-border European investment transactions, Ivan joins Korzo IM…
While in Italy he focused in the student sector with Collegiate AC / Proprium where acting as operating partner, he delivered more than 1,500 PBSA beds.
Prior to joining Collegiate Ivan was based in Paris for 7 years where he delivered some 20,000 sqm of office space. Ivan started his career in Spain with Argos PM in 2004 as operating partner of international investors into the retail, office and residential sectors.
Based in Madrid, speaks fluent French, Spanish, English and Italian, as well as German and Swedish at a colloquial level.

Jesus is our COO and leads our PM & AM department, responsible for asset management
with the aim of ensuring to meet our clients’ strategic, financial, and ESG objectives.
With over 25 years of experience, his expertise spans across financial investments, alternative investments, and the real estate sector. He has held positions as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Administration, served as president of a SICAV, and sat on the board of directors of various companies. For almost 20 years, he spearheaded a Family Office as the Sole Administrator, personally overseeing a real estate portfolio exceeding €200 million in development and direct management
