Our name, Korzo, comes from the Spanish word for the roe deer (“corzo”), a species native to Europe that easily adapts to a wide range of environments.
- Our guiding principles are independence (from affiliation with any bank or brokerage) and personalized service.
- On behalf of our clients, we implement structure & strategy, acquisition & financing, asset & portfolio management, and disposition & reinvestment.
- Our multinational team has extensive experience originating, acquiring and managing assets across a wide range of European countries. We possess a deep knowledge of the principal European markets, as well as a broad network of contacts built up over time.

EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING REAL ESTATE FUNDS AND PORTFOLIOS
- Ricardo has more than 25 years’ experience in European CRE investment and asset management. He has personally overseen transactions valued at more than €2 billion.
- Prior to co-founding Korzo, he was Managing Director of a well-known Spanish family office, where he oversaw the development and implementation of the European real estate investment program.
- Previously, he worked at CBRE Spain from 2001 to 2019, during most of which time he was Head of Investment/Fund Advisory and Member of the Executive Board. Ricardo is originally from Germany and holds a BA from Cunef University (Spain).
- Guillaume has more than 20 years’ experience in European and Latin American CRE investment and asset management.
- He has personally overseen transactions valued at more than €500 million. He founded independent investment management firm Iremcap in 2017 and merged its activities with Korzo, which he co-founded in 2022.
- Prior to founding Iremcap, he was Managing Partner at LTDA (Uruguay) and Corporate & Investment Manager at AOS Studley (Madrid). Originally from France, Guillaume holds an MBA from the University of Deusto (Spain) and a BA from IPAG Business School (France).
- Jesús has more than 25 years’ experience in business management, administration, finance, accounting and real estate asset management.
- Prior to joining Korzo, he was the CEO and sole administrator of a well-known Spanish family office, where he personally oversaw a real estate portfolio exceeding €200 million.
- In the same position, he served as president of a SICAV and sat on the boards of companies in a wide range of industries. Prior to that, he was Head of Accounting at Sacyr, one of Spain’s leading construction companies. Jesús holds a BA from the Complutense University of Madrid.
